Sanofi-Aventis - SAR110894D study
• Diagnosis of Mild to moderate Alzheimer’s Disease
• Age 55+
• Patient must be taking Aricept for at least 4 months
• Evaluating a new drug to supplement Donepezil (Aricept)
PrecisionMed – MCI-AD study
• Diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment to Alzheimer’s Disease
• Age 50+
• Observation study only (Not Testing medication)
• Will require Lumbar Puncture for CSF draw
Pfizer – Bapineuzumab study
• Diagnosis of mild to moderate Alzheimer’s Disease
• Age 50-88
• Treated or untreated. If treated with a cholinesterase inhibitor and/or
memantine, he or she must be receiving a stable dose for at least 120 days.
Noncarrier of ApoE4 according to genotyping – will be tested at screening. |
